Big things happen in your IT Career if the leap of faith is big enough
And how far you get to go is determined by the decisions you make at each point. Now, you choose your IT career. It can be something extraordinary or it can be something mundane. Something that will make you one of the top people in your field or just a job that you will hate being in. It doesn't make sense to me to be in an industry where you will need to get certification after certification, in other words spend all that time and energy to educate yourself and be limited by your decisions. For those people that do limit themselves, there are other industries where you don't have to try as hard, but then again, those industries don't have the money. There are people working in the IT industry that have stuck themselves in customer support roles for years. This doesn't make sense. Make the decision to jump to the next point in your career, make that big leap of faith to the next point even if you can't see it yet. Keep traveling on the path you have laid out for yourself. Don't look back. Don't stop. Don't procrastinate. Just walk, one step at a time.
