Information Technology Jobs - The easiest ones to find

Desperate times need desperate measures. For some, that first all-important IT job will be the most difficult to find.

After you have experience and many certifications under your belt, things become easier. But what can you do if you absolutely can't find that first IT job?

But stop. Before you starting going into a rant thinking WTF is she talking about, be patient and I will explain.

The high paying jobs need experience. Experience + knowledge also means that you will have better options. Get it and you will never be out of work. There are many more things you can do in I.T rather than working for someone else. Your high income will be able to support your lifestyle of choice.

Voluneer now to work for nothing for 3-6 months, get that valuable experience and it will serve you for the rest of your career.

When you have something someone else wants, you become an asset. So concentrate on building your experience and knowledge.

Work experience has 7 benefits and only 1 disadvantage

You will not get paid for your work. That's the only disadvantage. But look at what you will gain:

Acquire new ones
Gain exposure to different types of IT jobs in your field
Get on-the-job training
Network with people in your field (and get leads for jobs they know of)
You can get references which count highly on your resume
You may even get paid work from that company

Do I advise no pay work experience for every single person?

No. If you have ever worked overtime and didn't get paid for it, you know how much this sucks. If you can get paid work, then get it. But if, at this moment you cannot, then be smart about it.
