Taking all this into consideration, is it worth paying thousands for ccna cisco certification training? Yes. But not when its out of your own pocket. Let employers pay for it.

For you, it's more beneficial to use those thousands and build yourself a good home lab. You see, the CCNA isn't the only certification you will get your whole, entire career. Others will follow. So invest that money in equipment you will need for this exam and you will also have that equipment for your later certifications. Add more equipment/software as needed.

Besides, when the equipment is yours, you can practice for as long as you want and whenever you want.
