This CCNA books package contains: -
(1) CCENT/CCNA ICND1 Official Exam Certification Guide Second Edition and
(2) CCNA ICND2 Official Exam Certification Guide Second Edition.
The first thing that struck me about this combination of books is the great price. If you think what you are getting (2 books, practice exams, binary math game, CBT training) and the quality of the information, it’s a very impressive package.
The authors approach is logical and gives full explanations to terms. Even for a complete beginner they will end each chapter actually feeling they have learnt something. The books include many real world examples which help reinforce the concepts discussed.
A nice surprise (and rare) is that I found the practice exams on the cd rather more difficult than the actual exam. So don’t stress if you find them difficult – they are!! The questions are multiple choice but also include simulations.
Although the organization of the books seem a bit disorganized, I found the other good points about the book overweight the one minor flaw. You can now save 37% off on this book.
