So allow me to enlighten you. The Comptia certification is a combination of two exams you need to pass. Yet on their website you will find a total of four exams offered.
The first you must pass is the A+ Essentials exam. From there, you have the rest of the three to choose from. By far the most popular combination is A+ essentials (exam 220-601) and IT Technician (220-602) as this combination gives you well rounded knowledge.
